The app is a homework manager. This organizes all your homework and gives evidence of learning to the parent. Here, a teacher creates a homework on the app and shares it, and the student records the homework from the notebook, and/or, fills in the quiz in the Google form and sends it. The teacher can see what students have submitted/not submitted and send them a reminder, review each student's work, give feedback in the form of voice recording and rate their work on a scale of 1 to 5. This is the way our homework manager works. It's super fast and reduces the teacher's time by almost 50%.
There are various other homework apps that only let you organize the homework either for the teacher or the student, and not necessarily simultaneously. Our app offers the complete process with some unique features of creating homework, submitting, sorting through submission, sending in-app reminders.

Oh, that's very easy, on your dashboard, there is an add class button, against your other classes that you've already added. You click on that, you add your board, grade, division and subject, and you're good to go.
To add students, we haven't given a direct way, but after you send your homework link to the student group, as the students click on it, we will know these are the students associated with you, and those will appear in the list.
So to add homework in the app, you tap the plus sign within your subject, as you click it, we will take you to the ‘create new homework’ screen. There, you add your homework title, their due date, and the message you want to give for the homework or your lesson plan that you want to attach with the homework. You can attach images, videos, from the gallery, or write directly from the camera, and then send it. Once you press the send button, a share pop-up generates. You can share it on various platforms - WhatsApp group, Google classroom group, or you can share it on the app if the students already have it. So before sending it, there’s an avenue to review your homework - you can modify content here ( edit the image, you can delete the image, add, etc.)
Currently. We don't have an option of changing the mode by number. We are going to bring it soon, but because we are saving all the data to the cloud, your data is there with us forever. It will never be deleted.
We are bringing out this feature soon. You will be able to see the entire list of the students and their respective report cards made available for download. (there was a product wherever you saw me making the statement.)
We currently do not have an attendance feature.
Once a student has submitted from one mobile number, the app will not accept another submission. As of now, we don't have the functionality of editing the homework. So we urge students to completely check their homework before sending.
The link can be shared via Google classroom, WhatsApp group here. If you're new to the app and you have a WhatsApp group of students, click send the homework and choose within the shared screen, WhatsApp, and then you can choose the group to send the message. For Google classroom, you click on Google classroom, it will take you to the Google classroom app. And then you can choose which group to paste the link in. Once the link is pasted either in WhatsApp or Google classroom, the students will be automatically redirected.
We are currently working on this functionality and bringing the PDF attachments to you very, very soon. You will be able to attach only as PDFs.
Once the students submit their homework you will be able to rate the work on a scale of 1-5 and give a voice feedback because we currently don't have a pen or an annotation feature where you can highlight where the student has done the whole work wrong. We will be bringing this feature very soon

You do not need to add the students the way it needs to be done in Google classroom. You can just send that link on your current WhatsApp group that all the students are in and the students will automatically be subscribed to your subject and the class here.

In case of non submissions, there are two things you could do. Number one - for an individual student, you have the mobile number display against their name that you can click on to call them. Number two - you can send an individual reminder or for all the non submissions, you can send a group reminder. Additionally, if you don't want to send a message, you can also send a voice note to remind.
Yes. Once you have made, um, once you have created a homework, you will be able to edit it before sharing, even post sharing. You are able to edit your homework, although they recommend not to, because the students would have already seen that Chromebook and might get confused. But at any point of time, they give you the functionality to edit your homework.
The app is accessible to anyone. Ranging from a school teacher to a tuition teacher, any teacher of any grade, you can log into the app and start managing homework for your class.There is absolutely nothing to learn. We have made it as easy as WhatsApp. No training required.
With the current functionality, the phone number linked to the student's zoom account gets registered. However, we are bringing a new feature of adding the profile of your sibling(s) so that they also can submit the homework to that school from the same phone. However, for now, we request you to send the homework from a single number as we do not yet have the functionality of identifying other students with two different numbers.
No, currently we do not have the chat functionality. Currently only a teacher can send individual messages to a student, but we are working on this feature where the students will also be able to message the teacher individually.
When you are given homework, you go to the homework submission page. Here, when you click on submit homework, you will be able to attach images and videos from the camera or the gallery that you want to attach.
Currently we haven't linked our app to any other apps. We can share the homework from our app to apps like Google classroom and WhatsApp. We do have Google forms functionality. You can embed Google forms’ link on the homework creation and send it to students. You can also send YouTube links along with your homework explicit external app partnerships as of now.
Absolutely. This application is cloud-based and all your data is private. And on the cloud, nobody has access to your data, we keep it discreet and encrypted this way. And all your data remains there unless you yourself choose to delete it, change the mobile number or uninstall the app. The app does not delete your data when you reinstall the app or you change your mobile number, you can retrieve your data.
Your number will not be leaked. We will not sell your number to third parties. Your data is absolutely confidential with that tracking.
Because we are enabling a very friendly user interface. And we want you to be able to quickly create and attach images and videos to your homework. That is the reason for requiring camera permissions and your gallery view. We would need your microphone permissions to be able to record your audio.
Yes. Because this is a cloud-based app, it requires internet connection. What we ensure is that your mobile phone doesn't get flooded with images and videos of plenty of homework submissions. And we take it to the cloud, but in order to make it happen, we request for an internet connection. Soon, we will also be coming with an offline version of the app so that even if you lose connectivity for some time, you can still work on the app.
The app will absolutely not harm the phone storage. It does not use the phone storage at all. We will save almost 20 GB of your space every month.
We’re working on a report card feature to be rolled out very soon. In less than a month here, you will be able to see the performance of your class with respect to your current homework in that subject. Uh, you'll be able to see this for all the subjects. This will also give you a functionality for a leaderboard, which you'll be able to share with your students to see who has done the homework better than the others. We will also be giving you which students have submitted or not submitted.
You will be able to do the student attachments within the app, although we have not given you a functionality to download the attachments in order to save memory on your phone.

Yes, absolutely. If you teach more than one class, please click the button add class on your dashboard in front of your current class. By clicking that button, you will be able to add another class. As you fill in details such as board, standard, division, and subject, you're good to go. Now you can give out your homework in that class.
We have yet to bring out the report card feature, where you will be able to see the current co-worker leaderboard. You will be able to share this leaderboard in a PDF format or an image format with the students where the students will be able to see the top 10 students, which sort of gives appreciation to the students who have done hard work and motivates other students to reach the top 10.
Yes. You will be able to access, edit, or delete any past homeworks you've created. Although we recommend that if you have created a homework and the students have submitted, you do not delete that homework, unless asked by the school or if you've created a homework by mistake and you want to overwrite. The teacher will always be able to access any homework that is created by, uh, him or her, um, in the app. Within the subject, say, if you have created a hundred homeworks in a year, you'll be able to access all a hundred homeworks before you proceed to the next academic year.
You will not be able to retrieve the homework. We currently do not have a separate trash facility or a recycled bin facility. So please make sure that you really want to delete this homework.

The notification feature is for both students and teachers, for it notifies the students about a newly assigned homework or a feedback on their already submitted work, and the teachers about submissions to be reviewed.
